Refund policy

Please note, we do not accept returns or exchange on items that are change of mind so please choose carefully. 

We only offer refund on goods received that are damaged. If this was damaged during transit we will need to get in touch with our couriers.  We have a 10 day return policy on damaged goods from the day it was received. 

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us with accompanied photos via email about the item that is damaged.  

If you have ordered any other item alongside the damaged item, we will only accept returns for the damaged item. 

To start a return, you can contact us at icednz@outlook.co.nz If your return is accepted, we will email you instructions on how and where to send your package.


In the unfortunate event that your package is lost in transit, ICEDNZ will replace or refund the item, once an investigation is completed. However, if the order can be tracked and traced to have arrived at its final destination, ICEDNZ is not liable for the order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, wrong item or if for some reason you are not happy, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
